Chef Chad WhiteChef Chad White’s life, like many of us, has been affected by cancer. In 2020 Chef Chad lost his stepfather to cancer among many friends over the years. Always looking for a way to help his community he’s called on his fellow chef friends, local and far to come to his restaurant Zona Blanca Ceviche Bar to remix their oysters for a good cause.

Every Wednesday from November to March Chef Chad will invite chefs, public figures and celebrities to come shuck oysters, rock their own playlist and throw a party.

10% of sales from each night during Chefs Shuck With Us will go to Community Cancer Fund. Thank you Chad for joining our local fight against cancer in the Inland Northwest! We encourage you arrange a mid-week date night (or two) at Zona Blanca this winter!
